About us
Maskan Suites runs Airbnbs and serviced apartments in Kilimani, Nairobi. We look after every apartment ourselves, from the cleaning to your check-in, so the apartment you see on this site is the apartment you get.
Where you'll stay
Our Airbnbs are in two secure buildings, both about a 5-minute walk from Yaya Centre:
- Staroot Residency: 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, with a swimming pool (open 7am to 6pm), a children's play park and a gym.
- SmartHome Serviced Apartments: studios and 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, with a restaurant and a gym in the building.
Both have 24-hour security, backup power, borehole water and free parking. Every 1- and 2-bedroom apartment has its own balcony. The city centre, Upper Hill and Westlands are 10 to 15 minutes away by car.
How we look after you
- Clean, every stay. Fresh white linen and towels, and an apartment cleaned and checked before you arrive.
- A real person, fast. Call or WhatsApp us any time; we usually reply within 5 minutes.
- Check-in details from us, directly. We send your apartment number, how to get in and the Wi-Fi to you personally by phone or WhatsApp before you arrive.
- Easy to book. Book on this site in a couple of minutes, or message us on WhatsApp. Pay with M-PESA or card.
