Our 1-bedroom apartments at Staroot Residency are about 70 m², with a separate bedroom and living room and the building's swimming pool downstairs. The bedroom has a king bed and a wardrobe; the living room has a sofa and a smart TV. A private balcony has a small table and chairs. There's a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a cooker and oven, a microwave and a kettle, and a bathroom with a hot shower.

Fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV and a washing machine are included, along with fresh white linen, white towels and toiletries.

Staroot Residency is a secure building with a swimming pool (open from 7am to 6pm), a children's play park, a gym and lifts to every floor. CCTV, 24-hour security, a backup generator and borehole water keep things safe and running, and parking is free.
