It can be. Some of our Airbnbs give 5% off when you book at least 7 days before you arrive — it’s taken off automatically and shown in the price before you pay.

By M-PESA or by card (Visa or Mastercard). With M-PESA, a payment request pops up on your phone — enter your PIN and you’re done. You pay the full amount when you book.

Yes. You enter your card on the secure page of DPO Pay, our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.

Yes — M-PESA allows up to KES 250,000 per transaction and KES 500,000 per day. For a bigger total, pay by card, or WhatsApp us or call +254 705 111 222 and we’ll help you pay another way.

Yes. As soon as your payment goes through we email your confirmation with the booking reference, what you paid and a link to manage your booking.

On the flexible rate, yes — cancel until 2:00 pm the day before you arrive and we refund you in full. After that, the booking can’t be refunded. The full cancellation policy has the details.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days, depending on how you paid, and go back to the payment method you used — your M-PESA number or your card.

Yes. Every adult checking in must show a valid national ID or passport — the original or a photo of it on your phone is fine. We photograph it and record its details for our guest records, as our privacy policy explains. Visitors register at the building’s reception with their national ID or passport. If an adult can’t show ID, we may refuse entry without a refund.

Yes, subject to availability. If the apartment is free and ready before 2:00 pm, you can check in early. Add your arrival time when you book, or WhatsApp us or call +254 705 111 222, and we’ll confirm.

Yes, always subject to availability — it depends on the next guest, so ask us before your check-out day. The charges:

• Free until 11:00 am
• Studio: KES 1,000 an hour after 11:00 am
• 1-bedroom: KES 1,500 an hour after 11:00 am
• 2-bedroom: KES 2,000 an hour after 11:00 am
• After 4:00 pm: the full nightly rate

Yes, a few, to keep things pleasant for everyone: ID or passport for every adult at check-in, visitors register at reception, no smoking in the house, no pets, no parties, and quiet time from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.
