House rules
A few simple rules so every guest — and every neighbour — enjoys their stay. By booking, you agree to them.
Times
- Check-in from 2:00 pm — early check-in possible, subject to availability
- Check-out by 10:00 am
- Quiet time: 8:00 pm to 8:00 am
ID and visitors
- Every adult checking in must show a valid national ID or passport — the original or a photo of it
- Visitors must register at the building’s reception with their national ID or passport
Late check-out
- Always subject to availability
- Free until 11:00 am
- Studio: KES 1,000 an hour after 11:00 am
- 1-bedroom: KES 1,500 an hour after 11:00 am
- 2-bedroom: KES 2,000 an hour after 11:00 am
- After 4:00 pm: the full nightly rate
Not allowed
- No smoking in the house
- No pets
- No parties
- No loud music or noise
- No illegal guns or substances
Look after the place
- No shoes on the carpet
- Use towels responsibly
- Dispose of garbage correctly
If something goes wrong
- You damage it, you pay for it
- Each lost access card is KES 1,000
- If a rule is broken at check-in or during the stay, we may refuse entry or end the stay, without a refund for the remaining nights
