Cancellation policy

Cancel until 2:00 pm the day before you arrive and we refund everything you paid. If you arrive on a Saturday, you can cancel for free until 2:00 pm on Friday.

After that time the booking can’t be refunded. Your confirmation email shows the exact date and time your free cancellation ends.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days, depending on how you paid, and go back to the payment method you used — your M-PESA number or your card. If you ever pay twice for the same booking by mistake, we refund the extra the same way.

If you don’t arrive, or you leave before your last night, the unused nights can’t be refunded. Running late? WhatsApp us or call +254 705 111 222 so we know.

In the rare case that we can’t host you, you get a full refund — or, if you prefer, we’ll move you to another of our Airbnbs.
