Our 1-bedroom apartments at SmartHome Serviced Apartments are about 60 m², with a separate bedroom and living room, so there's space to relax or work during a longer stay. The bedroom has a king bed and a wardrobe; the living room has a sofa and a smart TV. The bedroom opens onto a private balcony with a small table and chairs, where the washing machine also sits.

There's a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a cooker and oven, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster, and a bathroom with a hot shower and a hairdryer. Fast Wi-Fi and a washing machine are included, along with fresh white linen, white towels and toiletries.

The building has its own restaurant for when you'd rather not cook, plus a gym and a lift. CCTV, 24-hour security, a backup generator and borehole water keep things safe and running, and parking is free.
