Our 2-bedroom apartment at SmartHome Serviced Apartments is about 80 m², with room for a family or a small group. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own en-suite bathroom; the second bedroom has a queen bed. There are two bathrooms in all, both with hot showers, plus a shared living room with a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a cooker and oven, a microwave and a kettle. A private balcony with a small table and chairs looks out over Kilimani; the washing machine is there too.

Fast Wi-Fi and a washing machine are included, along with fresh white linen, white towels and toiletries.

The building has its own restaurant for when you'd rather not cook, plus a gym and a lift. CCTV, 24-hour security, a backup generator and borehole water keep things safe and running, and parking is free.

Yaya Centre is about a 5-minute walk away for shopping, cafés and supermarkets. The city centre, Upper Hill and Westlands are around 15 minutes by car. It suits families, friends travelling together and longer stays.
